In September 2009, the GH Holding company signed an agreement with the JV Swietelsky – CM CELJE company for the implementation of construction work, installation of track devices, the catenary, signalling and safety devices, mobile substation and public lighting within the scope of the project for the modernisation of the existing DIVAČA – KOPER railway line.

Description of the project

The work on the mentioned project is carried out mostly in three locations, namely the KOPER tovorna cargo station, the HRPELJE – KOZINA station and at DEKANI.

Within the scope of the mentioned project, GH Holding and its subcontractors are carrying out the construction work (substructure of the railway line, embankment at the Koper tovorna cargo railway station, overpass, access roads and other construction work), the installation of track devices (installation of tracks and switch points with associated elements), the installation of signalling and safety devices, the catenary and public lighting at the KOPER tovorna cargo railway station, the HRPELJE – KOZINA railway station and the construction of the Dekani substation.

The envisaged year of completion of the project is 2012.
